This contributing, late-19th century, 1-112 story vernacular residence has received modifications (enclosed porch, vinyl siding and removal of decorative detailing in the front gable) since its listing in 1975, however, it retains its historic form, fenestration, slate roof and brick chimney, and continues to convey its historic character. There is also a contributing, contemporaneous, intact, small, front gabled carriage barn on the property.
