Like its neighbor at 86 Hudson Street, this small, contributing, c.l920 bungalow was originally constructed as a summer cottage and reflects the theme of recreation and tourism. Its location at the north end of Hudson Street reflects the popularity of this part of the hamlet - close to Echo Lake - as the site for recreational activity and summer camp development. The building exhibits a gabled plan with 1-story gabled, front entry porch. Original multi-pane sash are in evidence, as are original siding and exposed rafter tails.
