This contributing, mid-nineteenth century, 1-1/2 story Greek Revival cottage has received modifications in the form of door and window replacements, and wall and roof re-sheathing. However, integrity of form and massing allows it to continue to communicate its significance as vernacular, wood frame construction related to mid-nineteenth century industrial activity on the south side of the Schroon River. A non-contributing, altered outbuilding is also on the property.
