This contributing; c.l880, 2-story, side-gabled residence represents the late-nineteenth  century residential  development  of the hamlet. The building has received modification in the form of shingled wall cladding, roof re-sheathing, and aluminum  storm sash over original
2/2 sash.  It has a stone foundation and original brick chimney punctuating the center, roof ridge.
