The Warrensburgh Historical Society was founded in 1973 and is incorporated under the Laws of the State of New York. It holds a permanent charter granted by the Board of Regents, Education Department of the State of New York, granted on October 28, 1977.
The Society is committed to discovering, preserving and disseminating the history of Warrensburg and to acquainting others with the rich heritage that has helped make Warrensburg what it is today.
The Warrensburgh Historical Society is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as both a 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2) organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
