This contributing. c. 1915. 2-story, L-shaped residence reflects early-twentieth century community and residential development. Although the building has received some modification in the form of sash replacement and vinyl siding, it retains integrity of overall massing and fenestration. It retains its original slate roof, central brick chimney and shed-roofed front entry porch with turned spindles.
