This contributing, largely intact, c.l880 residence clearly recalls late-nineteenth century residential development in the hamlet. It features a gable front, 2-story plan with original 2/2 sash, stone foundation, a metal roof, center brick chimney, new or highly modified, rear 1-story wing, and intact front porch with turned wood columns, ornate brackets and bracing. An intact, contributing wood frame carriage barn is also on the property.
