This contributing residence was constructed c.1869 as a 1-1/2 story, vernacular,  wood frame residence,  with possible later nineteenth century,  Queen Anne modifications.  This building features 2/2 pane sash, side-gabled  plan with cornice returns,  gabled dormer,  brick chimney, shingled  gable  detailing,  and  nineteenth  century  entry  and  side  porches  with  turned  wood  columns.     This  building  is significant  for recalling the mid-to-late nineteenth century residential development  of the hamlet.

Mrs. J. Patterson as indicated on 1876 Beers Atlas  aka  Lenore Smith house late 1900’s
Possibly built by Burhans as worker housing.
