This contributing, 1-1/2 story, Bungalow-style residence is significant for representing the early-twentieth century residential development of Warrensburgh. The shingled building has multiple, diamond shaped and single-pane window sash, shed-roofed dormer, and hipped roof front entry porch with classical columns. Built by James Hall. Ceilings are inlaid oak. c.1920's
