This  contributing, c.l920  Vernacular residence  features  a concrete  block foundation, 2-story,  eave  front  design  with 1-story wing, exposed rafter tails, original  slate roof and 3/1 sash and 1-story entry porch  with square columns.   A contributing rear garage has exposed rafter tails and clapboard siding. 
Dr. Patrick Henry Huntington, Sr. (1894-1979) opened his practice on April 19, 1923 at (old) 23 Hudson Street.  In subsequent years he had offices at 181 Main Street, 56 River Street, the "Rist Block" on Main Street and finally, back to 23 Hudson Street.  He was appointed School Physician in 1923 and continued in that position into the 1970s.  He also served 42 years as Warrensburg Health Officer and 21 years as Warren County Coroner.  A graduate of Madison (Wisconsin) High School and Albany Medical College, Dr. Huntington practiced in Ft. Edward and Raquette Lake before coming to Warrensburg.  He married Eva Hetty Norman of Hudson Falls on June 11, 1918, the day after graduating from the medical college.  They had a son, Patrick Henry Jr. and a daughter Marian.
