This intact and contributing example of a Greek Revival Italianate residence features a 2-story, gable-front form, 2/2 sash, decorative cornice brackets and porch supports, and brick fireplace chimney. Together with its neighbors at 14 and 16 Hudson Street, this building reflects the mid-nineteenth century commercial and residential development that took place in the vicinity of the Hudson and Main Street intersection. A non-contributing modern rear apartment/garage is also on the property.
