This contributing, c.1860, 1-1/2-story wood frame residence features an eave front, gabled plan with new sash in the front facade. Original 2/2 sash is evident on the gabled side facades as well as in the 1-story side ell. A nineteenth century carriage barn is also a contributing resource on the property.
