This contributing and substantial, c.l900 residence is among the most distinctive from this period on the south side of the Schroon River. It was constructed for Dave Woodward by local builder and designer, Jim Hall, who was responsible for a number of the hamlet’s most prominent, early-twentieth century residences. The intact and significant residence features a cross-gabled, 2-story plan with clapboard siding, stone foundation, 1/1 sash and 1-story porch with classical columns.
