Built by D. E. Pasco, this contributing, c.l900 duplex, built by D.E. Pasco, exhibits a 2-story, gable-front plan with center brick chimney, clapboard siding and stone foundation. Modern aluminum storm sash cover original 2/2 sash. This example of worker’s housing continues to support the overall historic impression of the neighborhood, as reflective of turn-of-the century residential architecture. There is also a modern non-contributing outbuilding on the property.
