c.1880
|
This contributing, intact and significant c.l880, 2-story residential building retains substantial integrity of form and detailing and clearly recalls the late-nineteenth century residential development of River Street. It exhibits a 2-story, gable front plan with rear 1- story wing, 2/2 sash, clapboard siding, stone foundation, center, brick chimney, decorative gable detailing and Victorian period, 1-story porch with turned wood columns and decorative bracing. Two rear outbuildings are non-contributing because they have lost integrity due to external and internal modifications.
