This contributing, c.1920-25 Bungalow-style, 1-1/2 story, wood frame residence has received some modification in the form of roof resheathing and window replacement. However, it continues to reflect the early-twentieth century residential development of this more prosperous neighborhood. The building features a shed-roofed dormer, cornice brackets, clapboard siding and concrete block foundation, and a contributing outbuilding.
