This  contributing, c.1895  vernacular,  wood  frame  home  is  largely  intact  and  represents  the  late-nineteenth   century  residential development of the River Street  area.  It features  a 2-story, front gabled plan with 2/2 sash, clapboard siding, stone foundation, brick chimney  and hipped roof, one-story porch with turned wood columns.                                                            •
