This is a Burhan and Gray worker's home.  Of  the three workers’ homes built at this location  by Burhans, Gray  and Company,  this contributing residence  retains  the greatest integrity of design and materials.  Constructed  c.1850, it retains its 1-1/2 story gable front plan with cornice returns, chimney  and stone foundation.  It has a 1-story front porch with turned porch supports.
