This contributing, c.1930 Colonial Revival-style,  2-story,  wood frame, side-gabled residence features original  slate roof with gable­ end brick chimneys, multi-pane sash and a classical entryway  with sidelights.   A contributing rear outbuilding  features exposed rafter tails.
