This contributing, c.1915-20,  2-story residence  with intact and contributing rear outbuilding  represents  the early-twentieth  century residential  development of the district.  The stucco residence  retains good integrity of exterior detailing and overall massing, with 111 sash, three brick chimneys and original 1-story, shed-roofed  entry porch with classical columns.
