This  contributing, c.1920 Prairie-influenced, 2-story  residence  features  a low-pitched  hipped  roof,  1-story  front  entry  porch  with square  porch supports, original  multi-over-single  pane sash and shingled  and clapboard  exterior  wall sheathing.    The  property  also contains  a contributing shiplap-sided outbuilding with 2/2 sash.

This two story American Four Square house is influenced by Arts & Crafts period details such as multi-paned (prarie) sash over one windows, multiple siding and color and battered porch skirt and columns.
