This  contributing, c.1940  wood  frame,  Colonial   Revival, 1  story , second floor with finished garret,  residence  has  a  1-story   wing  with  semi-attached garage  and features  6/6 pane sash,  original  slate roof. center,  brick, fireplace chimney  and clapboard siding.  It is an intact  and significant resource in the. district,  reflecting early-twentieth century  residential  development.
