This contributing residence was constructed c.1869 as a 1-1/2 story, vernacular,  wood frame residence.  This building features 2/2 pane sash, side-gabled  plan with cornice returns,  gabled dormer,  brick chimney, shingled  gable  detailing,  and  nineteenth  century  entry  and  side  porches  with  turned  wood  columns.     This  building  is significant  for recalling the mid-to-late nineteenth century residential development  of the hamlet.
