Like  its neighbor. this contributing, c.1850 Greek Revival  workers’ cottage  was associated with the industrial  activities  of Burhans,
Gray  and Company.   It exhibits  a gable front, 2-story  plan with cornice  returns.   Integrity has been somewhat  compromised  due to
window replacements and wall resheathing.
