This  contributing residence  was constructed  c.l860 as  the first  home  on Ridge  Avenue.    It  is significant  for  recalling  the mid
nineteenth century residential development of Warrensburgh and typifies vernacular, wood frame design from this period.  It features a
1-1/2 story, side-gabled roof with gable end returns, 2/2 sash, slate roof and 1-story porch on the north and west facades,  which exhibits late-nineteenth century detailing.                               .
