A number of buildings listed herein are called "Blocks."  This term is usually preceded by the name of a person who may be the name of the builder or owner, often the name of the current principal occupant.  Blocks are usually larger buildings and contain multiple occupancies, most frequently services or retailers at street level with residential apartments above.

1 - Wills Block (5-7 Hudson Street) later known as Straight Block.
2 - Hunt Block (4 Hudson, 3875 Main Street) later Woodward-Ashe Block
3 - Woodward Block (3873 Main St.)
4 - Goldsmith Block (Pharmacy at 3876 Main - gone)
5 - Harris Block  (Jacobs & Toney gas pumps)
6 - Aldrich-Thomson Block (3870 Main Street) later, Aldrich-McGann Block still later, Aldrich-Soper Block
7 - Pasko Block (3861 Main Street) later, Rist Block    still later, Brown Block
8 - Swan Block (3767 Main Street - Health Center Park)
9 - Kellogg Block, (3752 Main St. - now parking lot) later, Turner Block  still later, Lavine Block even later, Potter Block
10 - Crandall Block (3743-3747 Main Street)
11 - Hayes Block (3743 Main St., Ray's Liquor Store)
12 - Marcus Bruce Block (Route 9, south of bridge - current campground entrance & McDonald's)
