This contributing, c.l880  residence features a 11/2 story,  cross-gabled  design  with original slate  roof, 1-story,  wrap-around  porch with original  porch support  braces, and single  and  paired  2/2 sash  windows. Together  with the adjacent  properties  to the north, it communicates  a strong sense of this historic, late nineteenth century residential neighborhood.

The window heads and the porch pendants give a Gothic feel to this very simple Queen Anne influenced Folk house.
