This contributing residence was constructed circa. 1860 as the first home on Ridge Avenue.  It is significant for recalling the mid-nineteenth century residential development of Warrensburg and typifies vernacular, wood frame design from this period.  It features a 1-1/two story, side dash gabled roof with gable end returns, 2/2 sash, slate roof, and 1-story porch on the north and west facades, which exhibits late-nineteenth detailing.
