This contributing, c.1870 residence is significant for recalling late-nineteenth  century residential  development of the hamlet.  It is a 2- story, L-shaped building with a gable front.  While it has lost some integrity due to vinyl siding and window replacements,  it retains its
original form, slate roof, overhanging eaves with boxed cornices, and central brick chimney.
