This contributing, c.1940,  1-story  residence reflects  the early to mid-twentieth  century  residential  development of the hamlet. The Cape Cod Revival  design is characterized  by an overall planned symmetry  with eave-front   plan,  central  entrance  and 6/l sash.   The  roof is sheathed  with slate.   The  property  also includes a contributing  clapboard-sided garage  with multi-pane sash,  double doors.
