This contributing. c.1895. L-shaped, 2-story,  wood frame residence with rear 1-story wing, is intact and significant  for recalling late­ nineteenth century residential development.   It continues to feature original, Victorian period details such as 211 sash, slate roof, stone foundations. clapboard  wall sheathing, and 1-story  porch with turned wood columns and decorative  detailing.   A contributing,  late-. nineteenth century outbuilding is also on the property.
