This contributing, Bungalow-style residence was constructed  by Dudley Cameron c.1924 as a summer  cottage.   It is significant  as the only  building of this style south of the Schroon  River, along River Street.   It features  a low-pitched  front  gable  plan with 2/2 sash, exposed  rafter tails, side, shed-roofed dormers, clapboard siding and brick chimney. The original front  porch with square columns  has been enclosed,  but otherwise the building retains good integrity.
