This contributing, c.1865,  cross-gabled,  2-story,  wood frame  duplex  is significant  for  recalling  the  mid-to-late  nineteenth  century residential development  of this neighborhood.   It continues  to demonstrate  integrity  of form  and  overall  massing,  with 2/2  sash  in single and paired configurations,  clapboard siding, stone foundation, and centered, 3-bay, front entry  porch, which has been enclosed.
