This contributing, c.1855,  wood frame Greek  Revivai/Italianate  cottage  is an intact  and significant  resource  representing  the mid­ nineteenth  century  residential  development  of  the hamlet.   It features a gable front,  1-1/2 story  plan  with gable  returns,  decorative cornice brackets, 2/2 sash, clapboard  wall sheathing, stone foundation and 1-story entry porch with shed roof.
