This contributing residence was constructed in 1907 by local architect and builder, George Farrar. It remains a relatively intact and significant resource relating to the early- twentieth century residential development of River Street. It features a 2-story, cross-gabled plan with gable front, boxed cornices, gable returns, clapboard siding and stone foundation; 111 sash are arranged singly and in pairs, with a tripartite, picture window on the first story, front facade. A shed-roofed entry porch has been modified, and original turned wood columns and spindles have been replaced.
